Pain and Injury Managment
I educate you the theory of pain and use exercise to help desentiize you to your pain expereince.
Please note I am not an allied health professional (physio, doctor, chiro etc) and will always refer out for complex issues.
What I can do for you is reassure you that your pain and injury is not as serious as you may think and that we can still achieve things you never thought possible.
Education is number one for pain management. Understanding the biopsychosocial model as well as giving you the right dose of progressed exercise is key to making improvements in this area. If something hurts there is always a way to train around it.
