Customized Training Program
I offer an evidence-based training program that is customised to your goals and designed to get you progress from week one onwards.
My programming is something I pride myself in as I believe in it 100%. Results are from structure and the training programs I offer are guaranteed to get results if you follow them as close as possible.
Programs are written in 4-week blocks and updated monthly with new exercises as well as keeping core movements in for continued progression.
We progress linearly based on RPE (rating of perceived exertion) to account for life’s stressors and adjust the weight on the bar for that day. Weights need to get progressively heavier over time to stimulate adaptation and achieve your goals so be prepared for sessions to gradually get harder!
While I do have a bias towards barbell training for its best return on investment I listen to clients and work with you to give you exercises and training that you enjoy most. Prefer dumbbells or machines? You will find this in my programs too.
