I sit all clients down and go through a thorough analysis and consultation of the client to find out as much information as I can to give the best service I can. You can’t help what you don’t know.
This includes a pre-exercise questionnaire that includes the following:
Previous exercises history
Current goals and what time frame you want to achieve them
Current diet/ nutrition habits
Current lifestyle and habits which includes occupation, levels of stress and general activity
Alcohol/Smoking
What training do you enjoy and dislike?
What is holding you back from achieving your goals
How do you think you can get there?
