Rather than fully giving you a macroplan which you have zero adherance too its better to find small changes that you can actually do!

Too many coaches want to put you on macro and calorie plans yet don’t even realise they can get results with the client quicker and easier with smaller changes to diet. Why add more volume when you can progress on the minimum for a longer period of time? The same goes for diet and nutrition.
This is how we start. Once progress starts to stall then we make bigger changes as we go. This can be looking at specific foods and replacing them with more appropriate options all the way to calorie targets and tracking.

Nutrition needs to be individualised to the person. There is no one size fit all approach.
